Job Introduction:

Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead the Operations Officers and Schedulers to achieve the operational management objectives of the division;
  • Deliver high quality of services to customers and handling complaints;
  • Deliver effective security solutions to satisfy customer needs;
  • Monitor the manpower scheduling to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner;
  • Make operational decisions on manpower posting;
  • Manage all front-line staff in his or her division and be responsible for all staff related matters;
  • Set up and execute training plan for front-line officers;
  • Proactively deploy staff retention strategies to the division
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures;

 

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English 
  • Proficiency in computer applications (etc Chrome Office / MS Office)
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above or any equivalent academic qualification
  • Holder of valid HK driving license no.1
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Security / Disciplinary Force ; with at least 1 year in people management experience
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Operations Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • - Coordinate with different parties for training implementation and follow up.
  • - To conduct training duties relevant and necessary for internal and external customers.
  • - To plan and schedule relevant training courses.
  • - To develop and deliver training courses including On-the-Job training for the required level of the staff for meeting customers needs.
  • - To develop both on-the-site and off-the-site specific training courses appropriate to the individual operational requirement of various operational divisions.
  • - To develop training materials and aids (powerpoints, videos and mockups etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • - Tertiary education or equivalent vocational training.
  • - Minimum 5 years training experience at supervisory level.
  • - Qualified Assurance System for Recognition Scheme (QASRS) Trainer with 3 years experience.
  • - Minimum 1 years operating / training experience in aviation security or related duties, in particular x-ray training.
  • - Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, able to speak Mandarin.
  • - Sound computer applications knowledge and skills.
