Location: Pune
We are looking for 5 disciplined, alert, and dependable Lady Security Guards to ensure the safety, security, and smooth access control of female staff, visitors, and designated facility areas. The role involves screening, monitoring entry points, and upholding safety regulations with a professional attitude.
Female Frisking & Access Control: Conduct polite, thorough security screening and physical frisking of female employees, visitors, and contractors using handheld metal detectors (HHMD).
Visitor & Material Logs: Monitor female visitor entry, issue visitor passes, inspect bags/belongings, and maintain clear records in entry/exit registers.
Patrolling & Facility Oversight: Conduct regular checks in designated female-accessible areas (e.g., female restrooms, locker rooms, dormitories/crèches, and general work floors).
Workplace Safety & Assistance: Provide support and guidance to female employees, especially during late shift handovers or transit points, reporting any harassment or safety violations immediately.
Emergency Support: Assist in orderly evacuations, first-aid assistance, or fire drill procedures during facility emergencies.
Incident Reporting: Log and report any unusual behavior, suspicious packages, or equipment faults directly to the Security Supervisor.
