Protective Intelligence & Travel Risk Management Analyst
The Protective Intelligence & Travel Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting and managing protective intelligence and travel risk management activities across the organization.
The role involves monitoring and assessing real-time intelligence, identifying emerging threats and risks, preparing risk assessments and intelligence reports, monitoring employee travel, and supporting regional and site management teams with timely and actionable intelligence.
The position will work closely with regional Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and other stakeholders to strengthen global monitoring, information sharing, and organizational risk-management capabilities.
Conduct daily monitoring of intelligence and risk-information systems, travel data, open-source media, local situation reports, and other relevant information sources for potential risks to the organization.
Proactively monitor developing and potential risks and communicate relevant information to regional and site management teams.
Monitor developing risks at employee travel destinations and provide timely information and alerts to travelers where required.
Develop internal procedures and establish standardized daily, weekly, and monthly operating processes and tasks.
Filter, analyze, and distill large volumes of intelligence into relevant, need-to-know information for operational teams, with emphasis on direct business impacts.
Serve as a subject matter expert on risk-information systems and advise stakeholders on system configuration and optimization to improve efficiency.
Train relevant teams on intelligence information-system monitoring, configuration, and effective utilization.
Work closely with regional Security Operations Centers (SOCs) to support and establish a 24/7 global monitoring capability.
Monitor travel bookings and event schedules and support the development of:
Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve intelligence sharing and risk-management processes across the organization.
Develop and enhance intelligence sources and methodologies to improve the organization's overall global intelligence and risk picture.
Benchmark and evaluate the effectiveness of protective intelligence and travel risk management activities through regular internal and external reviews.
Establish clear areas of focus and responsibility within the Protective Intelligence team to minimize duplication of effort while maintaining effective collaboration and interoperability across all responsibilities.
