G4S Manned Security Services is seeking a dedicated, vigilant, and highly capable Security Professional to join our
security operations team in Gresik. This position is a full-time contract role established for operational
replacement, requiring professionals who are committed to maintaining elite standards of safety, assets protection,
and strict access control.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum Senior High School graduate (SMA / SMK or equivalent).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, Energy or commercial security
environments.
Physical Fitness: Must possess excellent physical stamina, sharp alertness, and the capability to execute
prolonged standing and outdoor security patrols.
Application Condition: Submission of an updated and valid Curriculum Vitae (CV) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure premises.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Verify identification and ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Act swiftly in case of security breaches, alarms, or emergencies.
• Provide first aid or assist in evacuation procedures during fire, medical, or other emergencies.
• Coordinate with emergency services like police, fire department, or medical teams.
• Document and report security incidents, suspicious activities, and violations.
• Maintain daily logs and submit reports on security operations.
• Provide directions and assistance to visitors, employees, or clients.
• Ensure a professional and approachable security presence.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Conduct bag checks and security screenings when required.
• Ensure employees follow workplace safety and security protocols.
• Prevent unauthorized use of company property or equipment.
• Enforce disciplinary measures in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proportional body weight.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Minimum of a High School/Vocational School diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid SATPAM education certificate.
• Possession of a current and active SATPAM KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Maintain a professional and neat appearance.
• Willingness to provide a certified drug-free test result.
