Job Introduction:

Position Overview

The Controller is responsible for the monitoring of alarm systems, incident reporting, and maintaining seamless coordination across teams to ensure the effectiveness of security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Alarm Monitoring: Handle and monitor alarm signals and perform hourly call checks.

• Incident Management: Conduct incident reporting and manage guard monitoring signals.

• Systems Monitoring: Perform Geotab and Protrack monitoring.

• Alarm Systems: Handle field-to-test alarm signals and program client alarm accounts in the Oryx system.

• Team Coordination: Monitor guard assistance needs and communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure operational coordination.
