The Controller is responsible for the monitoring of alarm systems, incident reporting, and maintaining seamless coordination across teams to ensure the effectiveness of security operations.
Alarm Monitoring: Handle and monitor alarm signals and perform hourly call checks.
Incident Management: Conduct incident reporting and manage guard monitoring signals.
Systems Monitoring: Perform Geotab and Protrack monitoring.
Alarm Systems: Handle field-to-test alarm signals and program client alarm accounts in the Oryx system.
Team Coordination: Monitor guard assistance needs and communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure operational coordination.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in necessary software tools.
Customer Service: Ability to deal with challenging customers effectively.
Flexibility: Able to work within a shift system.
Time Management: Responsive to time-sensitive tasks and deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong client relations and communication abilities.
Operations Knowledge: Basic knowledge of security operations.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work.
Education: Minimum Degree certificate.
