Job Description: Security Incharge
Location: Corporate Office / Workplace Site
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly communicative Security Incharge to oversee workplace security operations, event coordination, and vendor management. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between external vendors and our internal workplace teams, ensuring seamless operations during daily activities and high-
profile events.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical aptitude (particularly with laptop operations and specialized software applications) and exhibits exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with both local teams and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Badge Operations
Access Control Management: Demonstrate solid knowledge of badge printing procedures and handle all required equipment effectively.
IT Literacy: Maintain full proficiency in laptop operations to manage security-related software and databases seamlessly.
Event Coordination & Vendor Management
Operational Synchronization: Serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate logistics and workflows between external vendors and internal workplace teams during events.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively partner with the cross-functional workplace team to ensure all site requirements are met.
Cross-Border Communication & Alignment
Global Reporting: Maintain direct and professional coordination with our US-based Workplace Manager, Stephanie.
Language Proficiency: Demonstrate exceptional professional communication skills, with the absolute ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
Preferred Technical Qualifications
Application Management: Experience with or an aptitude to operate the Routematic application for workplace transport or logistics operations.
Technical Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn, test, and master new specialized software tools and functions to effectively support daily site operations.
Note: This position requires high professionalism, punctual attendance in full business uniform/badge standards, and sharp cross-team coordination.
