Role Overview

We are seeking a highly polished, professional, and dynamic Female Receptionist to represent our client locations across South India. The ideal candidate will possess the elegance and presence of an international airline hostess, coupled with administrative capability and leadership qualities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the personality to create a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and clients.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
     
  • Handle the front office desk: telephone calls, visitor registration, appointments, and correspondence.
     
  • Manage the transport desk, including scheduling, coordination, and vendor communication.
     
  • Oversee guest relationship management, ensuring VIPs and visitors receive best-in-class hospitality.
     
  • Lead and coordinate administrative team members, ensuring smooth daily operations.
     
  • Support administrative functions such as vendor coordination, office supplies management, and facility liaison.
     
  • Maintain a professional reception area with immaculate grooming and presentation standards.
     
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters of administration and guest handling.
     

 


Candidate Profile

Education

  • Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
     
  • Additional certifications in Hospitality, Administration, or Communication preferred.
     

Age Requirement

  • Must be less than 30 years of age at the time of application.
     

Essential Skills

  • Fluent spoken and written English (non-negotiable).
     
  • Fluency in the local language (non-negotiable).
     
  • Pleasant personality, graceful presence, and polished communication (non-negotiable).
     
  • Fluency in Hindi is desirable but not compulsory.
     
  • Knowledge of Admin processes, including vendor coordination, office support, and staff supervision.
     
  • Strong skills in guest relations, hospitality, and customer handling.
     
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
