The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our Lilongwe operations, delivering exceptional customer service while managing front-desk logistics and administrative tasks to maintain an efficient, professional office environment.
Visitor Management: Warmly greeting and managing visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring all security-entry protocols are followed.
Communication Hub: Managing the central switchboard, handling high-volume email correspondence, and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Office Presentation: Maintaining a pristine, professional, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Records & Documentation: Maintaining accurate visitor logs, digital files, and office records.
Administrative Support: Providing clerical assistance to the regional management team as required.
Logistical Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and regional logistics.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
Certification: Relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g., Front Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or Public Relations).
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced, professional working environment.
Technical & Professional Skills
Digital Proficiency: Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Hardware Competence: Experience operating modern tools (Scanners, Projectors, and Digital Cameras).
Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
Personal Attributes
High level of maturity, integrity, and "sober habits."
Proactive self-starter capable of managing front-desk operations with minimal supervision.
Strong commitment to teamwork and innovative problem-solving.
