Senior Control Supervisor X1- Gaborone
Purpose
This role is responsible: To ensure the effective monitoring of all Cash vehicles movements as well as all scheduling issues. To ensure customer bookings are executed as expected and To ensure that all Health & Safety policies, NCC procedures, processes, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed & updated.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily vehicle schedules and duty rosters for crewmen
Prepare and plan leave schedules for the CIT Crew team
Ensure compliance of CIT operations with company policy as well as any other applicable security legislation
To ensure that customers’ expectations are exceeded whenever possible.
To ensure that all systems are followed and to treat customers in a friendly and polite manner and do everything in their power to exceed customers’ expectations.
Ensure that Vehicle security and safety Inspection are done in person daily.
Ensure that seen and unseen inspections are done as per the MSP requirements.
Ensure that the policies and instruction issued are followed in the event of down time to minimize service interruptions
Ensure a proper hand-over of all equipment at shift change and confirm that all equipment is in working order.
Ensure that all procedures are stringently adhered to.
Check the information / reports (customer reports etc) provided to staff and management and correct obvious errors / omissions before forwarding the report.
Participate in safety forums created by the company for example safety meetings and safety talks
Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
Comply with safety policies and procedures at the workplace
Qualifications & Experience
A valid Cambridge.
Knowledge of relevant Legislations, security regulations, standards, incident, investigations techniques, risk assessment methodologies
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office & Outlook).
Drivers license
