This is a critical leadership role that bridges the gap between ground-level execution and corporate strategy.

The Role

As the Assignment Manager, you will own the end-to-end security delivery. You aren't just overseeing guards; you are managing a sophisticated ecosystem of personnel, technology, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployment: Manage daily personnel deployment, shift scheduling, and site-specific SOP compliance.

  • Standards: Conduct briefings on grooming, discipline, and attendance; perform surprise night inspections to ensure 24/7 readiness.

  • Control: Oversee internal/perimeter patrolling, access control for restricted zones (Labs/Data Centers), and visitor/vendor management.

  • Training: Lead weekly security drills and refresher training sessions for on-site teams.

2. Technical Systems & Audit

  • Uptime Management: Ensure 100% functionality of CCTV, Access Control, and FAPA systems.

  • Audits: Conduct regular badge, workstation, and access key audits.

  • Coordination: Work with facility teams and AMC partners for system maintenance and e-portal approvals.

3. Crisis & Incident Management

  • Serve as the first escalation point for medical emergencies, duress alerts, and breaches.

  • Liaise with the EMEIA SOC for remote monitoring and video retrieval.

  • Prepare detailed incident reports and implement CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

4. Stakeholder & Backend Management

  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, attending virtual sync-ups for Pan-India operations.

  • G4S Backend: Manage payroll data, insurance, uniform issuance, and attendance records for the security force.

  • Reporting: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering alarms, incident logs, and vendor performance.
