Recepcionar e orientar clientes nas dependências do shopping;
Prestar informações com cordialidade e clareza;
Apoiar na organização de filas e fluxo de pessoas;
Zelar pelo bom funcionamento dos espaços comuns;
Atuar em parceria com a equipe de segurança e administração do shopping, quando necessário.
