- la déclaration des accidents de travail à la CNPS ;
- la gestion de l'assurance maladie
- du traitement des dossiers pour l'allocation familiale
-de l'écoute,du soutien et de l'accompagnement des agents
-des visites à domicile et au chevet des malades
