Job Introduction:
This role will station @ UIC Building starting on 23rd March 2026
Working Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays : from 0830 to 1730 hours (9 hours per day);
Nil on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays & Public Holidays;
Job Responsibility:
1. Handle external / internal telephone calls and replying messages in a proactive and professional manner
2. Greet guests and handle general reception duties
3. Handle enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
4. Administer visitors registration and temporary access card / visitor badge for temporary / overseas staff / visitors / contractors
5. Date stamping, letter sorting, administer incoming faxes, outgoing mails, courier arrangements and postage
6. Arrange overseas couriers
7. Daily management of meeting rooms and preparing meeting facilities and provisions
8. Assist in catering arrangement and office events, e.g. coffee / tea for meetings and in-house lunches
9. Monitor and keep reception area tidy
10. Maintain conference / meeting rooms and front-office neat
11. Keep-up-to-date of contact list and telephone directory
12. Providing general administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
13. Circulate building management email to all staff
14. Despatch Policy Documents: soft copy & hard copy for direct customers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ receptionist experience in MNC
- Good communication in English
- Good customer services skills
- Business attire for the position is required
