Job Introduction:

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Main Responsibility :</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate the implementation of promotion and acting review panels with employees and users, ensuring that the process adheres to the established timeline.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor the probation period of new employees and the acting period for employees who have been promoted or transferred to new positions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare the schedule for promotion panel implementation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Guide and coordinate the execution of promotion panels, especially for Supervisor-level positions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare reports on the outcomes of promotion panels.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage Talent Inventory data.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate the execution of Succession Planning and provide guidance to each user, ensuring the process adheres to the established timeline.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify top talent based on Performance Management results and psychometric tests to assess employee competencies and capacities.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Consolidate Performance Appraisal data from each Business Unit and categorize it into the Nine Box Matrix.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate and confirm Nine Box Matrix results with each Business Unit.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage employee Performance Management and oversee its implementation, including data collection, data consolidation, and database maintenance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate the periodic execution of Performance Appraisals and ensure the process adheres to the established timeline.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Consolidate Performance Appraisal data from each Business Unit.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare reports on the outcomes of Performance Appraisals.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Psychology</li> <li>Minimum 3 years at a relevant level/position in a similar industry</li> <li>Having experience in Recruitment &amp; Selection, Talent Management, Performance Management and Performance Appraisal</li> <li>Self-Starter, high initiative, and very motivated</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially to talk, discuss and negotiate with various culture</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li> <li>Ability to multitask</li> <li>Physically and mentally fit (proven through medical examination results)</li> </ul>
