Um Técnico Eletrônico Pleno é um profissional com experiência que atua na montagem, instalação, programação, manutenção preventiva e corretiva de sistemas e equipamentos eletrônicos, desenvolvendo circuitos, programando microcontroladores e solucionando falhas em bancada, com foco em hardware e software, e podendo trabalhar com automação, telecomunicações e sistemas industriais, tendo um papel mais autônomo que um Júnior, mas sem a profundidade estratégica de um Sênior.
