Position Title: Supporting Team (SO/SSO/SS)

Job Introduction:

• Support and assist the Security Team including Security Officers (SO), Senior Security Officers (SSO), and Security Supervisors (SS) in daily operations.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure adequate security coverage during shifts.
• Guide and mentor junior officers in handling security procedures and incident response.
• Work closely with team members to maintain a safe and secure retail environment.
• Assist the security management team in enforcing company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Provide operational support during emergencies, incidents, crowd control, and special events.
• Ensure smooth communication and teamwork between all security personnel and store management.
• Monitor staff performance and report operational issues to supervisors or management.
• Conduct briefings and relay important operational updates to the security team.
• Support training and development of new security officers.
