Job Introduction:

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Effective supervision of the region’s daily ATM management operations ensuring service deliverable targets are met, including timely resource allocation and ATM Cash Replenishment
  • Cash Residue Reconciliation and Investigation of differences arising
  • Effective planning and coordination of ATM management operations viz management of cash collection and delivery; public holiday and busy period forecasting and planning and reporting
  • Ensure ATM Operations  are compliant with Mandatory Security Principles, Reconciliation and Operational Cash Controls,  Legal and Regulatory Controls
  • Manage and develop a team of ATM Custodians , providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing measures to prevent losses.
  • Stakeholder management 

 

Requirements (Qualifications and Attributes):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with at least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, motivate staff, and resolve conflicts. 
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Objective driven and able to work with set deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to service excellence.
